Privacy / gap logging

Privacy / legal throat-clearing: my lawyer would probably prefer I did not build this at all, but that would not be very storymaxxing of me. Regular chats are not saved as transcripts in your browser or on my server, and I do not get a running transcript of them. Refresh, close the tab, or leave the site and the session is gone. To actually answer you, your messages are sent to third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter, processed in the US). They may retain or train on inputs per their own terms, so don't paste anything sensitive. If the brain clearly whiffs, you can let it send a short scrubbed gap note so I can improve it.

Allow anonymous gap notes if the brain misses On: helps train the second brain. No full transcript is logged, and obvious identifiers get scrubbed before a gap note is sent.
